We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing team.

Essential Functions

  • Ensure all products are manufactured with utmost efficiency and quality using appropriate technology.
  • Carry out process improvement, problem resolution, project management and employee training.
  • Assist in improving a system of production control, standard operating procedures, safety, quality control and training.
  • Perform research, design and development of manufacturing processes including production flow, assembly methods and production equipment.
  • Act as technical resource including project generation and updates, product knowledge and application, training, project conversions and approval objectives.
  • Coordinate the manufacturing launch of new/revised products including establishing goals, training team members and evaluating results.
  • Work with all available support using a team approach to accomplish objectives.

Required Proficiencies

  • Industry standard CAD (computer aided design). SolidWorks a plus.
  • MRP (material requirements planning) software.
