Due to accelerated sales growth and market demand, Ozotech is currently seeking an experienced, quality minded, focused and dedicated Production Manager.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Ability to manage a Lean, organized, process-driven production team focused on quality and on-time delivery.
The position’s responsibilities include oversite of all manufacturing processing and facility, quality program, processes and procedures, production employees, and supply chain duties, including use of MRP system to plan and manage production activities in terms of time, people, and materials to meet sales demand while achieving acceptable efficiency and costs.
The Production Manager will lead, mentor, evaluate, staff, and train a small production team positioned for expansion. The candidate must be capable and comfortable in reporting the production team’s efficiency and performance in metrics, which in general terms include Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory. This position may share responsibilities with other management team members or departments as appropriate.
