Poseidon Precautionary Recall

A Technical Service Bulletin has been issued due to reported field failures of the Poseidon 1.5 Ozone Generator. There is a potential for electrical tracking within the unit that may cause a failure.

If you are in possession of a unit within the affected serial number range below, please contact Ozotech, Inc. directly at service@ozotech.com or complete the Poseidon Replacement Form so we can arrange to replace your unit.  These units were sold between June 2021 through May 2022.
