7 Grams/Hour Ozone Generator
Engineered with advanced PlasmaBlock® technology, the AIM P7 delivers a new standard in ozone generation—combining efficiency, safety, and environmental responsibility. By utilizing specialized plasma reactors and electrode systems, this unit produces ozone with greater precision and consistency, optimizing both output and reliability. Quiet, dependable, and built for demanding conditions, it is well-suited for a wide range of high-pressure applications.
The AIM P7 is configured to generate 3-7 grams of ozone per hour under normal operation. To achieve concentrations exceeding 2% by weight, the system requires a high-purity oxygen feed and proper back pressure. For peak performance, the generator must be paired with a positive-pressure air preparation system and maintained at a minimum back pressure of 5 psi.

How does PlasmaBlock® Technology work?
Line voltage is converted to 4,000 vac /27khz. When applied to the Plasma Block® within the AIM P30 and AIM P50, a plasma is created inside the micro-channel™. When oxygen is passed through the micro-channel® its efficiently converted to ozone.
